NASIR JAJERE - CHAIRMAN
Mr. Jajere began his career with the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC) in the Corporate planning Division (Economic
research and intelligence unit). He participated in reviewing
secondary data published by government and multi-national
agencies and developing policy documents/planning assumptions
for corporate planning & strategy in the NNPC.
As cost controller in the Nigerian liquefied Natural Gas
(NLNG) Ltd, he is responsible for managing and controlling
budgets, he has been exposed to world-class business ethics,
standards and best practices in ensuring cost effective
ways of doing business within a culture of corporate governance,
risks assessment and controls.
He has attended trainings at home and abroad acquiring generic
competencies in value management, networking & relationship
management, analysis & problem solving, HSE, work-load
management, commercial orientation, etc and a host of core
competences in budget and cost control, contracts and procurements,
developing control frameworks, finance policies and procedures
and a host of business applications. His core area of interest
spans Research, Cost Management/Control, Governance &
Risk Management, Project management and Corporate Planning.
He has B.sc Economics from the University of Maiduguri as
well as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants (CIMA) London.

Mohammed Babaman Yusuf
Chief Executive Officer - CEO
A seasoned professional with in-depth
understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques,
Mohammed possess over a decade of Research and data collection
experience. He had acquired vast experience from a plethora
of Marketing Research and data collection agencies which
include Research International (RI), Research Solution (RSL),
Market Research Consultancy (MRC), Research and Marketing
services (RMS), Practical Sampling International (PSI),
Random House Ltd, Customer Centricity and Noor Synergy.
Within the span of 10 years alone, he has been involved
in more than 328 respondents surveys across 29 States for
Organizations and institutions including - Federal Ministry
of health (FMOH), UNDP, AAIN, POP COUNCIL, NIELSON, London
School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, USP, BBC World
Trust Service, MACARTHUR FOUNDATION, USAID, DFID, CDC, WHO,
UNAIDS, John Hopkins University, Population Services International
(PSI), CBN, BAT, MTN, GLO, Etisalat, Mubadala, Golden penny,
Nestle, Coca-cola, Unilever, Cadbury, Intercontinental Bank,
Fin Bank among others.
As Head of Research for Noor Synergy, he was responsible
for the company’s overall research and
marketing activity including Planning, research design,
project management, data analysis and client
management involving several types of research projects
ranging from Customer satisfaction surveys
to Usage and Attitude studies, Brand and Image surveys,
Price sensitivity studies and Environmental
studies to mention a few.
Mohammed’s versatility also spans across organizational
and community development with specific skills in the following
areas: training, facilitation, team building and participatory
monitoring and evaluation (PM&E).
A trained Economist from Ahmadu Bello
University Zaria with background in Business Administration
from Kaduna Polytechnic, Yusuf had equally gained professional
insight as consultant working with the Research department
of the Society for Family Health (SFH) where he was involved
in a number of large respondents surveys including Global
Fund Malaria Measuring Access and Performance survey (MAP),
Global Fund Malaria Data Quality Assessment’s (DQA),
ACTwatch for Household & Outlet surveys, and IBBSS among
others.

Mustapha Ibrahim.
Chief Operations Officer. COO
A graduate of Economics from the University of Maiduguri.
He began his career at the United Bank for Africa (UBA)
plc, as member, customer service group, was in charge of
E-banking; learning and retraining at Business office level.
He rose to be the Cash Officer and later Business Operations
Manager. His major achievements were the creation of a seamless
transition between all the divisions of his Business Office
and the regional office, which created an identification
of every role as being capable by every other person which
later translated into better efficiency through synergy.
He was later at TriSystem Nigeria as Manager, Procurement
and services with a responsibility of organizing and maintaining
companywide monthly production budgets, contractors’
jobs and supply standards, and the relationship between
the company and all its clients nationwide.

ABUBAKAR B MOHAMMED
Executive Director Services -EDS
Abubakar B. Mohammed is a graduate of Economics from the University
of Abuja. He started his career in the then United Nigerian
Textile Limited and later he was with the Nigerian National
Petroleum Plc where he had the opportunity of working alongside
seasoned administrators and economists alike. He also worked
with MTN Nigeria under the customer care division. He is a
member of these professional bodies, Nigerian Institute Of
Management, Cisco Networking Academy.
He gained a knowledge of research having worked with Research
and marketing services (RMS) limited. Prior to joining PBI,
he was Director Services for Rajab limited.

Esien
Kokoete Esiere
Associate Director, Field Services.
A graduate of English Language from the University of Maiduguri,
with over ten years Marketing Research experience, he started
his research career in the field dept of Research and Marketing
Services (RMS) Ltd, and rose to the post of Regional Manager,
North East Nigeria where he was the coordinator of Field Operations
managing the agency’s Field Operations for key clients
including – BAT, MTN, Guinness, UNDP, Shell, Coca-Cola,
Unilever, Cadbury, US Department of State, Johns Hopkins University,
Unilever, Society for family Health (SFH), Family Health International
(FHI), to mention a few.
He has gained wide experience from several research and field
agencies, which include Market knowledge & Insight, Market
Trends Research Int’l, Random House amongst others.
Today as Associate Director Field services, he coordinates
a pool of field professionals dedicated to collecting detailed,
complete and accurate information on varied research projects.
Esien’s knowledge and knowhow of the Nigerian research
terrain is admirable as he, in the last 10 years alone, has
coordinated more than 300 large respondent surveys ranging
from 500 to 50,000 samples sizes across Nigeria, including
the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Afro barometer survey and the National
Crime Victimization Survey, as well as the NBC Coca-Cola Retail
Census.
